resource’s top staff have been honoured at a gala awards ceremony held at the prestigious Devere Oulton Hall in Leeds as part of the company’s UK and Ireland Senior Management Conference on 16th April 2008.
Her award was among a total of eleven announced by resource's Chief Executive Officer at the glittering Rewarding Service Excellence Gala Dinner which was attended by 120 of resources staff from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
Winners were chosen from resource's employee of the month award scheme in which staff are nominated by customers and staff to receive recognition. 150 employees were nominated over the past year which was reduced to eleven by a judging panel made up of senior managers. The eleven category winners received a certificate of achievement and trophy on the evening. resource's Chief Executive Officer continued: “Marion really stood out in terms of her exceptional performance during the year. She is the epitomy of resource’s company values, displaying integrity in everything she does, earning the respect of others and promoting team spirit. I would like to congratulate Marion and all our winners tonight who have shown enthusiasm and commitment to their work.” The soft services company, which operates throughout the UK and Ireland, provides a wide range of support services to both private and public sector organisations including security, cleaning services, car park management, reception services and industrial support. The company currently employs over 15,000. |
