Dave Seaton - Chief Executive Officer
Dave joined resource from Armor Designs Inc, a US based ballistic Armour designer and manufacturer, where he was the Chief Finance Officer.
Prior to this Dave was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer of the British based company ArmorGroup International PLC, a protective security company.
His experience is vast, with extensive commercial and operational management experience primarily with complex multinational organisations operating in challenging locations. He has extensive city and acquisition experience having lead both an MBO and IPO process, the latter on the UK Main Market.
Living currently in Ivinghoe in Bucks, Dave will be based in the Bolton Office. He is married with three children and counts golf and rugby amongst his interest.

Ray Foran - Managing Director Ireland
Ray has overall responsibility for the company's all Irelandoperations and joins Resource with over 10 years of senior management experience. Ray joins Resource from Serco Integrated Services where he was Managing Director for a number of years. Ray began his career in Serco as a Senior Engineer and progressed through the ranks to become MD, responsible for driving growth in support services to a range of clients in Ireland and other European countries.
Ray has extensive experience in facilities management, implementing quality management systems and introducing high-tech solutions to ensure continuous operational improvements.

Debbie Donnelly - Human Resources & Business Improvment Director
Debbie manages the HR and Organisational Development function of the Group and is champion of the ‘Our Kind of People’ employee brand. As a member of the CIPD with numerous years experience in the service industry Debbie, previous to joining Resource, worked for Compass as HR Director for the UK and Ireland.
