resource was built by a team of industry experts through a series of strategic acquisitions:

• In March 2006 the team led a management buy-in of Northern Ireland’s market leader in support services, Maybin Support Services (Northern Ireland) Ltd.
• Shortly afterwards in July 2006, the company acquired NI company, Grove Services Group.
• This was followed by the acquisitions of two key providers in Ireland, Corporate Cleaning Services (CCS) and Masterclean.
• In October 2007 resource acquired the long-established Pall Mall Ltd, the GB-based cleaning and security services arm of Carillion plc, providing resource with an operational platform throughout the UK and Ireland.
