Dave Seaton - Chief Executive Officer

Dave joined resource in July 2009 from previous CEO and CFO positions within international protective security companies.

His vast experience within complex multinational organisations operating in challenging locations has ensured that his focus for growth within resource is based on sound infrastructure, experience management teams and detailed analysis.

Dave considers the quality of life of people at work for resource employees and the environments we clean and secure for our customers, can be further enhanced by having a clear strategy with corporate responsibility, firmly embedded by living the resource values.

Dave is based in our London Office.

Ray Foran - Managing Director Ireland

Ray joined resource in February 2009 and is responsible for the company's all Ireland and Isle of Man operations. Previously Ray was Managing Director with an international service organisation.

Ray has extensive experience in facilities management, from strategic planning to implementing quality management systems and introducing high-tech solutions to ensure continuous operational improvements.

His passion is advocacy, striving to achieve this for both our Clients and our Employees; therefore his focus on excellence is to develop best practice innovations by listening to the needs of our people and their customers

Ray is based in both our Dublin and Belfast offices.

Andy Vaughan - Managing Director GB

Andy joined resource in October 2010 prior to this he held Strategic and Managing Director roles in a multi-national support services organisation.

Andy’s key strengths are in establishing sector based value propositions for clients and transforming processes within the business to support in the delivery of client objectives through appropriate governance.

His approach to multi disciplined teams, compliance and risk management underpins our sector developments. Andy is based in our Birmingham Office

Deborah Donnelly - Group HR & Business Improvement Director.

Debbie joined resource in April 2009, previously from roles as HR Director in a multinational services group and latterly as an operational leader in a US based consulting and Business Process Outsourcing organisation.

Debbie’s passion is in developing service culture and within the out sourced business making Our Kind of People ambassadors for our client’s company.  Her process focus drives business transformation, improving client service and cost reductions through consistency and e-enablement

She is exceptionally proud of our skills for life and Vocational qualifications programmes and the impact this has had on our people’s skills and confidence in the business.

Debbie is based in our Leeds office.

Nigel Barker - Chief Financial Officer

Nigel joined Resource in March 2010 as Finance Director of our GB business and was promoted to CFO in November 2010. Prior to Resource, Nigel has extensive experience within global and national support services companies, including UK and US listed as well as privately owned entities. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with top 4 firm, Deloitte, where he also gained membership of the Institute of Taxation.

Nigel believes in a strong financial control environment but also sees the finance function acting as a commercial partner to the wider business and has successfully delivered projects which have enhanced the financial support to operations.

Nigel is based in our Leeds office.
